We charge a service fee equivalent to one month's salary of the candidate, plus 18% GST. The payment can be made in two instalments: 50% upon registration and 50% upon the finalization of placement. Alternatively, 100% of the service fee can be paid upfront.

The service contract lasts for one year from the date of registration. You are eligible for up to three replacements during this period, subject to availability. A renewal contract is required if you wish to continue employing the same candidate beyond the first year.

Clients must provide reasonable notice if they wish to cancel services. Cancellation fees apply, as specified in our refund policy.

The Client is solely responsible for paying the salary to the candidate directly and on time. Kaamwalibais.com does not handle salary payments.

If the candidate resigns or is terminated, we will offer a replacement, subject to availability and within the terms outlined in the agreement.

If you wish to continue with the same candidate after one year, a contract renewal must be agreed upon.
